Hi All,
Has anyone successfully used the Power of 2 offer today? I'm having some difficulties with it.
Aside from it saying my chosen username is already claimed each and every time (yes it was me who claimed it! Before I had to stop and try again!), I get as far as the payment screen, put in my card details etc. etc. hit the Next button and... The page just refreshes, no error messages, no progression. I've tried a couple of times, logging out, clearing my session / cookies, used a different browser, but no cigar.
Any ideas?
Possibly related to the website downtime earlier?

Hiya
Same thing's happening to me.
As the offer is the deciding factor in me getting an alt account, I really hope this gets fixed before the offer expires.
Please fix this CCP

I have also had the same problem.
A browser glitch occurred and when I tried to use the username, it came up saying it was unavailable.
The offer is going to end soon, noooo!!!

Hey, just though I'd update.
Was having a problem with a debit card option, changed the card type to credit card and it worked (with the same card, even though it was a debit card...)

Well it is still early on the 17th, and I get the Power of 2 Offer banner when I open the game, but I go to my account management screen and the offer isn't there? How can I get it before it expires if it is already gone from the account management page? |

I'm still experiencing this.
2 different cards, both IE and FF with all blocking disabled. I did file a petition about it, but am so far 48 hours without response and time's running out.
Anyone have any ideas on options I have - other than not increaing my number of accounts?

alas and alack, this happens to me as well, entering personal info, hit next, nothing happens. Its like they don't want to take (more of) my money.
anyone try anything that works? Was about to try another browser then I found this thread, and I wants the username I wants!!
