Originally by: Jonny 101 Because your list has always and will always be a joke, my proof? Your then alliance has a multi-billion isk IPO
Righteous Fury, now retired but at the time the CEO of one of eve's most respected pvp and mercenary corporations raises concerns due to YOUR involvement in the alliance at a leadership level, and your links to the people in charge of the IPO.
The Xabier scam breaks
Xabier, another leadership member of Code Red (by now shattered into multiple corporations independant of the alliance due to mercenary war deccs, reason for the war deccs said by the mercs to be scams and corp theft headed by the alliance leadership, Fitz Vonheise being mentioned by name.
As you can see, I took an interest in this and attempted to expose Fitz.
Fitz responds with the following: Jonny 101 is to blame for everything!
Without any proof what so ever, Fitz claims all prior evidence of his involvement with Xabier (alt?) is rubbish and that i'm the bad guy, despite my having ZERO involvement in the alliance other than trying to bring facts to people about Fitz's activities.
It's no secret that Fitz's list of scammers is highly inaccurate and has often been used to frame innocent players, not checking facts etc every honest man on this forum has protested his thread.
Why would Fitz have it in for me, if non of the evidence which I brought to bare against him in the Xabier scandal was true?
I am not the only person to have found Fitz's behaviour suspicious as you can see from above threads.
If not for the fact that it would be beyond pathetic, i'd half suspect Quesian and Pter are Fitz alts, but frankly I don't even Fitz would stoop that low, rather he sees a chance to smear my name for exposing him as what he is, and jumps the bandwagon.
I am confident that the good people of eve will not be fooled by such cheap tricks, you are too intelligent to fall for this.
Fitz in abusing his own resource for personal gain non-shocker.
I'm pretty sure we went through all of this a few months ago, so I'll just bust out the summary conclusion we all came to at the time to save everybody the effort:
Useless list is useless. Fitz creates "scammers list," possibly to generate some form of serious honest business credibility. List subsequently proven to be a total farce by numerous different people. People end up on the list that have no business being there, other people with a legitimate reason to be on the list suspiciously absent. Strong evidence arises that Fitz himself has been involved in various scams.
