Hi all
I'm just about to start doing invention for the first time and i was wondering whether using a BPC from a researched BPO has any affect on the outputted blueprint or the invention chance or anything like that?

Not sure, but I think this can help you a bit. I'm new to invention and the whole blueprint business myself.

ME/PE has 0 effect on Invention outcome, the only stat that does is how many runs are on the BPC.

Ship BPCs will always give you a 1 run T2 BPC, regardless of the number of runs on the original BPC. If you use a max run BPC for modules, you will get a 10 run T2 BPC.
The only thing that can change this is to use Decryptors.

Hi, I¦m also new to this invention thing, my question is: How do I get these decrypters, where can I found them, are they expensive?
