Caldari and Minmatar trained to very nice command.
Perfect shield skills and armor skills.
leadership V , siege warfare V , Siege warfar specialist IV
Can fly Hac, Interceptor, AF, Electronics, Force Recon.......etc etc
Has crusier V in both races, also trained into PI and a hulk for those days when PvP jsut isnt working.

Thanks for the offer, im looking for something with a little les wasted sp in the area im not going to use industry trad and some spaceship command skills not required also looking for s bit more in the leadership area
