ok so heres the thing.
Im caldari and have not crosstrained alot.
I need to get a command ship dont ask why.
ive crosstrained abit to amarr cruisers/bc so i got cruisers 4.
here comes my dilemma.
im almost maxxed in missiles,shield,cap skills.decent at armor tanking but not great.
No skills in turrets.
what would be best for me?
For PvP,
getting a half command ship a.k.a. nighthawk as its missile/shield bonus.
Or just simple going for a damnation,abit more time for it but a "real" command ship.
Will be used for support but dont want to train for turrets and crap to buy a Vulture.

If you're using it to deal damage, you should get a Drake (the NH is such a small amount better than the Drake that it isn't worth the investment).
If you're using it to give gang bonuses for God's sake, get a Damnation!

iam going to use it for gangbonus not solo pvp or whatever.
but the damnation gives that 3 link bonus,vulture too but vulture is turret and me=0 turret skills so cant even fire off a weapon.
so i guess i have to head for that damnation then so i atleast can use a few missiles helping out abit,not much dps but still usefull for a few things.

Use a vulture or damnation. Onlt the sleip has a good degree of success when using a gang mod.
Personally I'd go vulture coz camo is cruise control for cool

save yourself some training time and use a tengu (assuming you want shield bonuses).

Fleet command ships habe pathetic dps anyway, so in most cases just don't bother to fit any.
Amarr cruiser V grants access to more great pvp ships, as well as the damnations bonus are pretty much nobrainer.
Go amarr.. although I wonder what gang links you are going to run if apparently it doesn't matter which bonus the ship should have to use them.

If you're on grid with your fleet in hostile territory, you're going to want to double plate that damnation. And with two plates, mwd, cap booster, and 3 links, you're not going to fit heavy launchers. Forget about doing damage in a field CS. You're there to provide links, and provide ewar with your free mids.
Currently, the damnation is simply the best CS for on-grid work because of the massive EHP its got. But the DD changes will balance this out, forcing fleet boosters to move into unprobable T3s while in hostile territory. So you may as well train for a Tengu instead. |

You can be both on grid and out of range of DD.
