Can fly most gallente ships including Moros, Thanatos, Kronos, Command Ships, HAC and HIC etc Has fighters trained so only real skill needed is capital remote reps. Everything else is ready. Can also use mining barges, Exhumers and the Obelisk. Also has rather useful corp management skills including starbase defense. Skills Link: Jeanluc's Skil Page Auction start: Now Auction End: Wed 28th October at DT Starting Price: 10 bil Incrimental bid: 250 mil Sniper rule: 10 minutes Reserve: 13 bil Buyout: 16 bil Charachter has Positive Wallet Positive Sec status (3.06 IIRC) No significant assets No kill rights Good standings with Gallente Navy and Republic Security for running missions. Unfortuantley people aren't paying the same for characters as they once were. Maybe due to the lack of chinese isk farmers/resellers but thats me speculating.
