I have applied for Ev0ke and got reject. These are their requirements.
1. Must be German [x]
2. Blond Hair [x]
3. Blue Eyes [x]
4. Must send photo (head shot) to Sir Pip or Giselee for German Verification [x]
5. Must send limited API key [x]
*All of the above I have x'd up for and yet they rejected me. It is displeasing for a German player to get rejected from a so called "German PVP Organization". I feel that these guys are racial profiling and should be banned for their actions.

No doubt Ev0ke are good. The fact how we are living in the 21st century is what puzzles me. To the outside world segregation is still eminent and it even shows in EVE. How alliances only recruit by race/nationality and others must f*** off. I find it rude and ignorant for these organizations to recruit in such ways but yet it is legal to do. In the outside world there are policies towards such behavior. They should implement these type of tactics on EVE to break down these barriers of hate and ignorance. There's one thing to be proud about your nationality, but there's other things that shows racism/prejudice.

These requirements are true. Ev0ke wants this in all of their pilots.

Is it also rude and ignorant that a large majority of the corps in EVE only recruit people who speak english?
The issue is not the language. When alliances mention we recruit "English Speaking Pilots" rather than saying we recruit "German Only Pilots". I have seen alliances with these type of recruitment policies. Recruiting by ethnicity rather than language.
FYI: Race and Language goes together like peanut butter and ham.

actually just beeing german isnt enouph. you need to show a german family tree
over at least 4 generations and its sir pip (USA) and raukho (NL) not giselle
who are controlling evokes strict german recruitment policy.
That is no problem for me then. My bloodline can be traced back to when Dinosaurs and German Babies first stepped on German Soil.

Guten Morgen o/
I will try to apply again and hopefully I'll get in. Once I'm in I will focus my character to fly interceptors and haulers and be good at it. I am a good soldier and would love to be a part of good German community.
