I've been running Flux Technologies Inc for well over a year and I've had some people asking me how I manage my research order.
I thought I'd make my spreadsheet available for anyone who runs a research business. Including in the zip file is the spreadsheet and a quick guide on how to use it.

I'm not a VB programmer, so don't expect me to clean up my coding for you expert programmers.
It's free, donations are appreciated but not needed. You can make any changes you want, just as long as the credit goes back to me. If you use it, please be kind enough to leave comments or suggestions to improve it.

I forgot to mention in my quick guide, the Max Allowable Day value refers to how long you prefer the blueprint to be for sale.
For example, I don't like it when I have a researched blueprint that's been on the market for 100 days, so when that 100 day is reached, the order will be highlighted in red. At that point, its up to you on what you want to do. Usually I just drop the price to NPC price and never research it again.

Nice sheet. One minor problem I noticed is that the contract value and the PE/ME prices on the Research Data Entry tab are not being use in your formulas/code. It seems to be using invisible values from rows 6/7 on the Research Orders tab instead.

On the first screen there are some inventory values, research orders stock/market. What is the purpose of these? Are they supposed to update from somewhere, or where you entering manually? -------------

Thanks for the comments.
As for the invisible value, I'm not sure why they're still there, will make the change.
For the Stock/Market, it was part of my analysis of ROI on the total NAV along with other spreadsheets including manufacturing, trade, investment, etc. Some people may or may not find it relevant.

I would find it extremely valuable and relevant if there was a way to have it calculate off of the current stock vs sales or something similar? -------------

That's what the 'Total Market' and 'Total Stock' values on the top of Research Orders tab are for.

Fixed exceptions that were thrown when the invisible values were moved. Fixed the total stock and total market calculation and linked them to Overview page.
