Scientific studies performed by leading Amarr scientists have shown the following:
Attractiveness of unsupervised females by race, rating from 0 to 10 - 10 being the best:
- Amarr: 10 points
- Caldari: 6 points
- Gallente: 6 points
- Minmatar: 2 points
Since I am a nice person, I house some minmatar female slaves on my estate none the less.
With a bit of treatment from Amarr beauty specialists, minmatar women can be enhanced to fit minimum standards acceptable to Amarr males - and some may even ecxeed them after treatment.
Also the behaviour of minmatar females is often unacceptable without Amarr treatment.
With treatment their behavioural shortcomings can be overcome.
Concluding it can be said, that minmatar females who life without Amarr supervision and
treatment are in very bad shape all around. Those who are lucky enough to find Amarr masters are better off in many ways, and may even reach acceptable standards.

It is more than laughable to doubt the findings of Amarr scientists.
This reply of yours shows that you would be better off with Amarr councling.

Thats a good start, I even took the time to actually look at your portrait.
Your lips have a nice shape, so not wearing lipstick seems acceptable.
Your nose is a bit harsh and rough, it could use some surgery.
Your eyes are ok, they carry some energy.
The makeup around your eyes is not perfect. The outlines are too strong.
Cheeks and chin are nice in shape, but what happened on your forehead and below your right eye? Are those scars that some minmatar inflicted on you? Or tatoos? No matter what, that needs treatment.
The tatoo below your left eye is ok I guess. A matter of taste.
Your facial expression in general is filled with anger, showing the unrelaxed and relentless state of your soul. A good master could make you feel a lot better and at peace with yourself and the world surrounding you.
Summing up my free evaluation:
I think if treated by an Amarr expert, you could become attractive.
In your current state however, you are unfinished.
