If you are a new player in this game you basicly lose by default in PvP, it is simply impossible to ever have better skills then older people, simply because skills are all about time.
With new tech 2 ships with outragous skill requirements being added all the time it just starts to seem like nothing you can do at your level matters.
If you are in this situation and newbie corps and secure space just aren't very interesting anymore you just get the feeling that 40 day skills are keeping you from really playing the game. It's just no fun to be cannonfodder, why pay for it...
You speak of something you obviously have no knowdledge about. A new player can PvP just fine. You don't need to be over a year old and hvae ³ber leet stuff and massive skills.
Start out as a frigate pilot and move to cruisers. Eventually you'll be in a BS if you wish and can afford it.
A pack of 2-3 months old players in frigates/cruisers can be absolutly deadly to small groups or solo targets and even even fleets provided they know what they are doing. |

Very simply, a fleet with one more ship, is stronger than the same fleet without that ship.
Unless 1 on 1 PvP is your ONLY interest in the game, there are many ways a lower skilled player can contribute, and have fun while doing so.

i know 3 ppl whos accounts went inactive for 2-4 weeks and none of them trained in that time this was at the start of augest time

It used to be that when your account became inactive you could still train; I did this with surgical strike to level 5 when I quit for a few months.
It has now changed though, if your account becomes inactive training stops.
