Edited by: Selestill on 20/10/2009 17:34:59 Carebear COSMOS Extreme v1.1
Hello and welcome to my first EVE Cosmos mission guide! (for useless EVE Cosmos missions that nobody does ;)
There are lots of carebears out there doing their Cosmos missions. There are also lots of Cosmos guides out there, making their every Cosmos venture predictable, safe, warm and fuzzy. ;) What most of those guides lack are those few pirate faction agents that offer you path trough alternative ways... Well, to drive away that last remnant of uncertainty from you, some carebears just go to extreme! ;P
Enjoy! :)
Angel Cartel Agents:
Skurk Tekkurs - level: 2 Anou Dechien - level: 2 Krakan Rost - level: 3 Trex Ameisoure - level: 2 Nassor Tromkurt - level: 4 (work in progress)
Guristas Pirates Agents:
Tatsuo Rahkamo - level: 1 Rie Nissiken - level: 2 Arato Sirkya - level: 3 Yka Katori - level: 3 Siringwe Opainen - level: 3

Edited by: Jowen Datloran on 20/10/2009 21:15:21 Wow nice, just as I was about to finish the last level 3 Gurista missions and add them to my Caldari COSMOS guide... I guess that is what I get for being lazy for two years.
I like how you go into details about how to complete the missions but the screen shots are far from perfect as you only show the Name column which often tells very little about what ship you are actually fighting against. You should have shown the Type column too/instead which makes it possible to cross check with NPC ship databases. Of course, as this only goes up to level 3 missions there is not much surprises to be had.
Btw. do you mind if I take the mission info for Krakan Rost and add it to my guide as it will save me a couple of days grinding Angel standings?
EDIT: Make some shortcuts to the agents in the start of the document, it makes browsing so much easier. ---------------- Mr. Science & Trade Institute

Not sure if I've seen your latest/updated guides, but the major sticking point about COSMOS missions is the order in which you do them in relationship to the faction required. This guide ( http://www.scribd.com/doc/16401872/Cosmos-Missions-101 ) is absolutely fantastic and should be used a yardstick for all guides. You may well have wrote it, if so, congrats!!!
Being productive here, there should also be included chapters on Data Center missions to bring up Faction standing. I only know Caldari and the early stages of the Amarr COSMOS missions, and it's obvious that the Amarr ones are pretty screwed as far as faction vs mission progression. i.e. You can obtain a mission from an agent that requires an item that can only be obtained from a mission offered by an agent requiring a higher standing than the agent from the initial mission. The guides should focus on a progression to ensure people aren't left in limbo. Also, it should be explained that the agent giving the mission is corp based, and although you might not have enough faction standing to get a mission, if you have the corp standing you can get it.

I don't mind, be my guest, this info is free for everyone to use ofc. :)
As for ships types, I have listed them all in text, I was a bit problematic with width of the screen shot to include more columns. But as you said, most of the missions are not hard and I have done my best to point out in text any dangers that you may come across.
As I have still one more mission to do, I will try to upgrade future version with any positive comment I get from here, thank you.

It's funny that lvl4 Angel agent lives in Republic high. sec. and all loyalist of Cartel has huge negative standings with Republic/Federation. I simple can't mesh around not talking about doing/completing lvl4 stuff.

Yes, quite inconvenient in that case, thou it was a loot easier for me to make guide this way, hehe. CCP announced Pirate Faction Epic Arc for Dominion, it will be interesting to see how will that work out.

In light of possible sounding stupid, what are Cosmos missions? And how does one get them? Are they worthwhile from a ISK gain point of view? I normally run mission but donĘt know about this kind of mission. Cheers

Cosmos are missions you get from agents in space, in special Cosmos constellations:
http://wiki.eveonline.com/wiki/COSMOS
All thou you can occasionally gain some good ISK from them (on agent Trex Ameisoure I earned close to 300 mil.) or get some interesting BPCs, most of Cosmos mission are not designed for or worthwhile from a ISK gain point of view.
They are basically like Storyline missions, you can do them only once and they are mostly used to gain fast standings boost.
