Well you are lacking Torp V which is a minimum request.
So for me that char aint worth what you are asking.

Not exactly what you have asked for, but have a look.
May be selling my general purpose 'utility' alt. Has covops at IV, T2 torps, can use bombs, has Gal and Cal frig V, flies AFs, EAFs, Covops, SBs etc.

Well im more than interested. Its quite widely spreadout in training but still
got torp V which is good.
The sec is a minor problem
DonŠt wanna make a shameful bid so its prob better
you name your price and youŠll get a yes or no.
Or we can haggle.

Ok, well if ur interested I suppose I'd better list the 'important stuff'!
No killrights, positive wallet balance, comes with a basic +3 implants and a load of implants to improve probe scanning time/strength (not sure exactly what until I get home at 16:00EVE as on my work PC atm) I will pay transfer fee, will be in NPC corp when you buy etc etc.
Pricewise I was going to put him up for 2.5B/O, but I will be looking for around 2.0bil now if it saves me ratting sec status back up this weekend

Will meet you halfway at 1.9bil and throw in a free covops ship w/cloak free so you can quickly get to wherever you need to be 
If you're still interested I can do the trade tomorrow, TBH if i'm ratting up sec status I may as well hold on to him, get Brutor Tribe standings up a bit more (4.43 atm) so he can do level 4s and put him for auction as a mission runner.
Up to you matey, wont now be on until tomorrow AM tho as Im heading out for the night.
