so i have 4 accounts. all my accounts can field dreads/carriers. i dont want to field any of these. it'll be like a gank pinata. is there a good sub-cap 4 player combination that would be ideal for taking down POCOS? i tried shooting one yesterday.... oh god.. i mananged to it down to 99% shield. |

They've got 14 million + total hitpoints.
At peak, the shields regenerate about 500 hp/second. Shields constitute a much greater % of the total HP than armor or structure.
Figure out how long you are comfortable sticking your neck out in low, and see how much DPS you would need to burn down an interbus station in that timeframe.
I have no experience in burning down POCOs myself, but from what I've seen, Lasers are the weapons of choice... both because lasers are the most effective against the shield, and they cost you less in ammo to fire them for long extended periods of time.
In the cat-and-mouse game that is low sec, there is no shame in learning to be a better mouse. |

Why have 4 dreads if you can't use them? No 4 subcaps are going to make efficient work of downing a POCO. |

Last fall i was living in a C1. All I had handy was a dominix (built inside) 2 sentry rigs, T2 gardes, full rack of blasters, damage mods, no tank
and 2 drakes.
Took about 3.5 hours to drop one Poco. |

because i live in VERY hostile space. i dont think they would care about a poco but i am sure they would do anything for cap kills
i was thinking maybe using 4 Oracles? they all use lasers and can carry battleship sized weapons. |

If I *was* going to use 4 subcaps, it'd be 4 Domi's with neutron blasters, 3x mag stabs, 3x drone stabs and sentry drone damage rigs.
For the cost they do a hideous amount of DPS
