Id prefer them in PVP/PVE range but will consider all chars. Budget is healthy, just link what you have. I probably wont consider anything under 60% of total skills at level V. Kelly Edit: Comprehendable name is a MUST! (EG, hijfihofioaoa would not do however Capitalised Names like my own make me happy in my pants)

Anyway may be worth a look at me, I am only Price Checking at the moment, but I have a decent idea of a price and if I am exactly what you are after then I am sure we could sort something out. Anyway please look here

Maxed armour gang bonus in damnation (has mindlink) Max jamming falcon, maxed out armor rep (has logistics 5) also has recon 5. max gunnery for most lasers...the skills speak for themselves..no need to ramble, just let me know if interested. I should add that I'm in no rush to sell I've basically made up my mind to wait for Dread 5 to finish then start an auction, but if you offer the right price now, even better. pew-pew
