36% cap recharger, because everyone uses cap and you can never have too much of it.
Personally I go for named items because of their lower CPU requirements, not the added stats. less CPU allows for more elaborate setups.

36% recharger, only module that can replace two modules of its kind that themselves are pretty expensive to start with (eutectic 18% rechargers).
And I use my best anmed stuff for NPC hunting mainly, tho named frig and cruiser stuff gets used in pvp without qualms as well as the second rate BS sized named goodies. _______________________________________________
Yes yes, blogging is passÚ I know. Rod's Ramblingz on Eve-Online Solutions to your issues. |

Edited by: Celt Eireson on 01/11/2004 20:11:51 Oh, I think the best officer power diagnostic is pretty good, not seen it on the boards so either noone has got one or is keeping it for themselves:
The recharge rate may only be half that of the best cap recharger but it has a hell of a lot of other benefits:
Terachi's Modified PDU Power grid: +9.625% Shield recharge: +8.5% Shield: +7% Cap recharge: +15.3625% Cap: +5.75% And all for a measly 22 cpu.
Chelm's might be slightly better for overall cap recharge but the figure quoted for Power grid seems wrong so not sure how good it is overall. If you have powergrid issues for your ship I'd have to say these PDUs would be my choice.

Tech 2 stuff on tech 1 cruisers :/ I'm currently flying a Maller, worth about 8 mil, with about 20 mil's worth of tech 2 gear on it :)
Most expensive modules though.. er.. tech 2 bpo's... you can fit them on ships yeah? You can't? Oh damn :/

For me the best module alivable are some officer smartbombs. When you have one of those, you can: -Laugh at PC frigs/intys that try to tackle you -Have a very effective, cap-efficient missile defense -use 7 high slots for big guns.
I'd happily throw out more than the cost of a T2 BS for one of those... Unfortunately, I'm not rich enough to buy one at the auctions...

Not seen one yet but I just know that Estamels XL Shield booster will go for an absolute ton of cash.
To a raven pilot it's like the holy grail.
840 Repair for 400 Cap, his shield boost is 45% as well 1218 repair alltogether

What's the most that's ever been paid for a single module?
Or possibly that's two questions. What's the most that's been paid for a single module? And what's the most that's *intentionally* been paid...? :-)
We sold a Dark Blood Tachyon Laser Beam for 447m ISK if I remember correctly.

I can with great certainty tell you that the Chelms modified smartbomb(the 10,5km, 525dmg one) is the most expensive module ever sold. I will not disclose what it sold for, that is up to the buyer. You'll just have to take my word for it.

Originally by: Joshua Calvert I sell the best named stuff, keep the isk, and use the 2nd best named stuff.
thats cause your tight!
I would say that the very best Armor Rep's and Cap Rechargers are the most valuble items in the game atm - as to what is paid for them entirely depends on how rich and how much the person buying them wants them
