I've spent most of my time in EVE flying solo mostly because I've always gotten into corps with terrible leadership structure. Most of my skills are in ships (15 mil), guns (10 mil), missiles (7 mil), engineering (5 mil) and various others.
I've been primarily doing missions and wormhole exploration solo and that means my skills are oriented toward things that benefit me primarily not necessarily fleet ops (i.e. logistics). I know how to fly in 0.0, but I have little experience in fleet or roaming operations. I want to start experiencing more of this game so I'm looking for a strong corp to fly with and sharpen skills with.
I'd also like to deal with US TZ if possible (I am pacific daylight timezone). My typical availability is 4pm to 10pm weekdays and most of the weekends free.

Angels of Death EVE is not fairly new, however our members are knowledgeable in PVP, PVE, and manufacturing along with belonging the a FWA and we currently control patches of low security space along with going on frequent roams into both low sec and 0.0. I think AOD will be a nice fit for you, and as to the leadership problems, do not expect to experience any more of that.  contact me ingame if you are interested.
