5 fighter limit? Or bug?

JohnPaulJones Caldari Valhalla Naval Corp Valhalla Strategic Command	Posted - 2009.10.26 23:25:00 - [1] So my team deploy carriers in defense of the wormhole system we have occupied only to find that rather than the 10 we usually deploy we recieve this message..... 23:10:09 Notify You cannot launch a Templar because you are already controlling 5 drones, as much as you have skill to. Can someone shed light on what this crap is?

Pajama Sam The Tuskers	Posted - 2009.10.27 00:06:00 - [3] It's a problem with the carrier's computer system not calculating drone bandwidth properly. Try rebooting. If that doesn't work, check the carrier owner's manual for tech support's number. Hope this helps!

LMAO thats the second response I've recieved. The system we have occupied is normal in all respects to a K-space 0.0 system. Unless CCP has changed something in the past week I should be able to deploy all 10 fighters. Or as stated I may need to reboot. And before someone asks if I was podded....being able to fly the carrier even at level 1 grants you the ability to deploy 6 fighters. Can a GM shed light on this? A response will be greatly appreciated.

Have you plugged in the auxiliary transmitter array? It's in the rear of the ship, just left of the interphase flow injector. Also, make sure the injector's tachyon flow is not synchronized with any transmitter array, as this can cause disruption.
