I tend to expect it, so its not really a whine, just a warning for others who deal with him.
Since there is no secure way to trade real-estate, you sometimes run into people like this, who just take yer isk and run.

yup, lab slots.
he's prolly just an alt (no player corp in 8 months), but i'm just trying to make sure the informed are aware and don't fall for such an obvious flaw in the game.

I have a nice legit lab slot in Korama for sale at a minimum of 20mil.

Seriously, only EVER deal with people in legit corps and get them to make screenshots, if they give some bull story that they cant, then they are probably trying to scam.
And trying to buy lab slots off a guy in a newb corp? says it all
