This is an outstanding character, specifically build for ultra leadship skills,

LVL 5 in all accept Fleet Command which is lvl 4 (oh and missed mining)
Also commandship ready this is a mimn char so again focused on leadership will fly a Claymore..again to maximise fleet bonuses.
This character in any fleet is invaluble, giving massive bonuses, in a cap fleet this is crazy the bonuses it gives well huge.
The char as also trained cybergenics to level 5 so can also use mind links!
So if you have add up the leadership skills, the claymore and the mindlinks in a big cap fleet this char is worth 20 players on the field if not more, in normal fleets well just has important!
Also has the high corp management skills including Empire Control V allowing you to create alliances! Again possible income can be made from this..
Char also has Cruiser V, Frigate V, BattleCruiser V even Industrial V so is ready to train for a freighter! So can also be used as a transporter again with bonuses and of course ready for command ships skill
A truly specialised char that is worth more than anythng in the field..
Also the char comes with +3 implants and a mind link implant and lots of t2 mods scattered about. 0.0 sec status and will be in safe high sec location
So im offering this is think at a very very cheap price no auction just buyout of
6.5 billion ISK if you want to make an offer do so but this is the buyout and imo an absolute steal!

CS char which cannot fly CS, and AGAIN I think to maximise fleet bonuses you need to fly CS first, so AGAIN, this is crazy , cap fleet booster, again SUPER UBER AWESOME , and again Empire Control to make TONS of money, wow ! man

6.5 bill you saying is alot? infact its too low. secondly whats the purpose of your post?
It is ready to train Command Ships just buy the skill!
Fly CS first? Do you have any clue what you are talking about? Have you any idea what bonuses this char gives? The CS is just another bonus..
Jeez dont comment on something u have absolute no clue about
