Creating a new topic for the corp thief list.

Story:
I had to leave the corp for a while to help out my irl friends, we agreed that when I return I will be made the CEO again, I assigned Orionsbelt as the CEO. After a couple of weeks Orionsbelt realised that he doesn't want to be the CEO and took the isk the corp owned to him (around 420m, he loaned ships to the corp, which were lost and never repaid) and left the corp, assinging Heliokz (our director) as the new CEO.

Soon after this Heliokz withdrew the remaining ISK from the corp wallet stating that he wants to give them to his friends in the corp.

I tried to reason with Heliokz for a while but he denied access to the corp and kept saying that I will get the corp back in two days. I realized he was lying as there was no logic in what he said. After reasoning I knew I could never get the corp back so I told him that I will personally take him down.

At this time I still had my alt ILuvTrading (original, huh?) on the corp, and I caught Heliokz insisting members to join to the "new forum"

As you can see the title of the forum is "new era", so he definately has some plans to do with the corp.
Today Heliokz kicked my alt from the corp. A friend of mine on the corp passed me this corp mail of Heliokz'. The mail is full of propaganda, obviously trying to brainwash the members, making him look better.

Nearly half of the members has already left the corp.

Pikachu is the best pokemon though and anyone who disagrees is a ***got.
To the OP: You should have made your alt CEO while you had to help your RL friends elsewhere. If you can't do the basics to safeguard your corp then you don't deserve to have the corp anyway.

- You was CEO
- You assign from your CEO Position
- Your mate was CEO then
- He decided to assign too and he left the Corp
- Knowadays the other guy is CEO
Why is he a theft ? Did i miss something ?

I didn't leave for good, I only had to help out a few friends and was suppose to come back as the CEO but after all this Heliokz basicly just told me to **** off and kicked my alt from the corp. He also took the isk on the corp.
Maybe you did miss something like the point?

He's the CEO he can do what he wants with his ISK. Didn't steal anything imo.

Pretty sure since your friend assigned this guy as CEO, it would be your friends fault.
Since technically Pichawhateverthehell became the CEO... he didn't really steal anything.

Orionsbelt hahahaha I haven't heard that name since he borrowed 600mil from my old corp then took off without paying it back. We figured it was good riddance expenses.
Should have done your homework a bit better. But a few hundred mil to find out who you can trust is worth it tho.

What a shame to ridicule yourself in a public forum, uinuja! I thought you were a mature kid. You're so blind to know who the culprit is here and I'm on your side. As Oidche stated Orionsbelt had already stolen 600mil from them.
So you give me the opportunity to show everyone how noob you are, lacking experience both in game and IRL.
- Two months ago you create a corp and after a month of its creation, you create another one and leave the former, giving CEOship to Orionsbelt.
-The very next day, the new CEO sells every chip in corp hangar but isk is still in corp wallet. Next he revokes some Director roles without consultation and keeps them for his friends. His has absolute power to do that as a CEO.
-The corp members are fed up with this poor leadership and some of them leave and many more willing to do so as nothing happens because new CEO never shows up and give clear guidance. I am the one holding them back for you.
-After a month of 15 to 20% tax collection from corpmates lvl4 mission whoring, he distributes 230mil to his friend (a Director) and wipes clean the corp hangar taking 423mil isk and resigns.
-I am promoted CEO automatically after his resignation as a senior player, I go through corp logs and find all the wrong doings and contact it's founder uinuja who wants the corp back right away. No way mate, before everything's sorted out.
- Me and other corpmates are so ****ed off this situation. We decide to share equally the remaining 240mil. So I transfer it to my account and distribute it to every corpmate, including those who's left, including uinuja : 8 mil for all 30 corpmates, all of them, not just friends as he states.
-I still retain CEOship before we decide collectively what to do among active players here since the beginning. We are voting now in our new forum. These are the options available there:
[ So it's high time we decide what to do of our small community, suffering from poor or evil-minded leadership. The options are:
*1 Stay in this corp: True or not, uinuja wants to close it down. He may have other hidden agenda.
*2 Create a new corp: We will elect a new CEO who will share power and money equally among corp mates. No naive ideals here though, a corp needs some hierarchy. Everything should be decided by vote.
*3 Join another corp: Again with all the risks we learnt the hard way. But this option is the quickest short cut to go to 0.0 or WH home.
*4 Stay away from any player corp: For those who are fed up with these mechanics prone to scam or just give themselves some extra time( weeks, months....) before deciding anything.

So everyone, please, tell this noob how wrong he is and needs to play more and gather experience before creating a corp.

What you fail to realize is you appointed a CEO, and they did what they wanted with full legal authority you granted them by resigning. You had some incorrect fantasy that you are somehow the Chairman of a non-existent board of directors since you probably started the corp. In reality they have just as much right as you did to do what they want with members and corp assets.
As far as "verbal" agreements, well we all know how that goes....

So by now, with all the comments here, you've understood there was no corp theft, even what Orionsbelt did. Every CEO has all the rights in his corp during his tenure.
Now ethically speaking, what Orionsbelt has done is questionnable. If you buy his arguments, good for you.
As for me, I've just held the CEOship to sort out things between corpmates, as you have so little experience in running a corp. And I also shared the remaining 240 mil with every corpmate.
Now I want you to take your words back and get back your dying corp. If no apology is made by Thursday, I will close it down for you. This was your intention anyway, right?

This guy is right he did not steal anything if its his own corp.It sounds like you just want your cake and want to eat it to.You failed to observe the standard things that make your corp safe and depended on others to do things.I quess you have learned you lesson now .I dont consider this to be a theft at all it just sounds like whineing to me.

Sounds like if you want to be the type of toon that can jump out of your corp and help another corp in a fight, you should train up an alt to function as CEO of *your* corp while you're gone.
If anything, the guy you left in charge is responsible, and you're an idiot for leaving him in charge in the first place. No theft, small potatoes ISK involved. Nothing to see here, move along.
