Have posted this before, but thought I would do so again after a couple of refinements.
I've writted a web based tool that enables industrial minded pilots to plan their T2 [Soon to include T3] builds better.
Invent-X
What it does..
The idea behind this is simple, Our industrial sister corp is full of industrious types trying to make a living on a small to medium scale using T2 Ship invention and pos reactions. Each of us had quickly grown tired of insanely complex Google spreadsheets that tried to make the (sometimes mind-numbing) process as painless as possible. So after crafting a Google sheet of my own I quickly realised how much more useful it would be if I could do something that was api aware and thus knew my stock levels/running jobs and whatnot without the tiresome need for me to constantly update manually. Thus Invent-X was born!
The idea is simple. Once registered simply add your industrial characters (only one char is used for the running jobs at the moment) and you industrial home stations. You then have access to the build pages and thus can start to calculate your path to riches with less effort than before.
What it does with invention..
* Reads your T2 material & mineral stock levels from the Eve api from your nominated station * Aquires current pricing information from Eve-Central * Allows the use of any decryptor for any T2 ship build job * Reads any running manufacturing jobs currently in production [Corp or Personal] * Provides full costings of the job based on current pricing levels * Offsets your stock value against the job cost, giving you a final 'cost to you' figure to get the ships built
What it does with POS reactions..
* Aquires optimal pricing of POS material from Jita 4/4 [based on cheapest sale order of over 5k units] * Calculates margin for all simple, complex & alchemical reactions based on todays prices * Performs comparison against 2 reactions over a specified time period so you can make better descisions about what to react
Thanks to the guys behind libeveapi and the eve-central guys, otherwise this wouldn't have been possible.

Loads for me, but requires registration, guess I should follow the links in the forum there. -- I often heard the Sky's the limit, sadly I'm broke fairly often. |
