accell gate is named ''the first defence point'', probed out plex name shows as ''unkown'' no popup when warping to it. no idea how to get that tag nor what is inside nor what kind of plex it is.
could anyone please enlighten me?

Looks like you need to have a Ammatar Navy Raid Leader Insignia in your cargo hold.

only one i can see for sale costs 160 mill isk...
would rather like to know what im getting into before buying that... as i have no idea where to toherwise get the tag or if i should even bother....

This is a guess, but the Ammatar Mandate is over in Derelik near Minmatar space. Is this complex in that area? I think it might be part of the Minmatar level 4 epic arc, but I'm not certain.

its in minmatar space close to ammatar region yes, in low sec.
not done the epics so i dont know, though that may be something i should look into for info on this.

If it's in Audesder, I'm pretty sure it's a COSMOS complex.
As for where to get the tag, I'm afraid I don't know what drops it. Maybe another COSMOS mission?

The scan result "unknown" at 100% and "first defense point" are consistent with the static plexes located in Audesdar. Whatever those plexes are are probably the same type as you have found.

I'll sell you the tag for 120m. Contract would be out of Rens which is just a few jumps away.

The cool thing about this is pirates can't follow you if they don't have the tag as well...
