We have reserved one constellation in Fade for free testing of the new sovereignty system following the Mass-Testing event for sovereignty. Here the exact details of the rules for testing Sovereignty on Sisi:
A) Everywhere in the galaxy (except the UWRZ-2 constellation in Fade): 1) Normal rules for Singularity apply (no combat without consent, ...) 2) You can anchor and online Fixed Link Annexation Generators (FLAGs) in 0.0 systems, which are not claimed 3) You are NOT allowed to disupt the sovereignty of another alliance with Sovereign Territory Override Platforms (STOPs) without consent of the corporation, which anchored and onlined them.
B) In the UWRZ-2 constellation in Fade (X36Y-G has a seeded station): 1) Free combat between the alliances R3D and BLU 2) Free placement of FLAGs and STOPs (please join alliance A or B for this!) 3) No podding! 4) No smartbombs or other AOE weapons (to avoid podding)! 5) Warp-disrupting is ok, but don't bubble the seeded station and the gates! 6) Fighting outside the outposts is allowed (you can try to capture the outposts with the other alliance).
You can still apply to the R3D and the BLU alliance! If you have participated in the Mass-Testing please give feedback in this thread!

Perhaps a developer could write some form of web-based log on the subject.

Edited by: Mangtoos on 04/11/2009 17:03:12 You expect CCP to provide documentation? How long have you played this game for?
Their requirements were communicated to their developers on a whiteboard one day, and they probably developed what they thought they heard. Without clear requirements, everything that may be broken is "working as expected".
Like the outpost reinforcement deviation. Is it supposed to be 2 hours? 4 hours? 8 hours? 12 hours (that would be absolutely idiotic)?
How about we just submit a bug because it wasn't as wewould expect, and hope for the best. |

hey hey
Russian Military Technology [Solar Wing] have anchored 2 STOPS in the system i was testing (0-W778) which contravenes Rule 3 could they be removed at all ?
Also with mass testing whilst in your own corp/alliance some of us dont have sufficient roles to anchor/pay bills etc i take it that roles cant be added by CCP on the test server byy request ?
small bug current version 111809 : warping to a hub at 0m will bounce you. warping in at 10km puts you randomly between 1km and 5km
Many Thanks

It should work as expected. (I think the structure names are pretty self-explanatory) If you think it doesn't do that, post here and see for devs answer. -- Thanks CCP for cu |

ALERT: Sovereignty claim is vulnerable to attack! From: United Citizens of EVE Sent: 2009.11.18 01:08
Your infrastructure and outposts in QC-YX6 are vulnerable to attack as the connections to the systems stargates have been disrupted by Sovereignty Blockade Units.
Reestablish the connections to the system stargates to retain sovereignty.
Was not consented upon, disrupted my corp's sov testing, please return sov if possible. |

Need non-consentual Sov Block markers removed from I-MGAB system as well as associated Sov Claim Marker. Would be appreciated. Markers where placed by members of Shadow Hunter Empire Corp, Reaper Alliance Players. To be Amarrian is the only happiness..to be Victorius is the only option.... |
