This is an outstanding character, specifically build for ultra leadship and pvp skills,

Maxed skills in all the PVP Based Leadership skills accept Fleet Command which is lvl 4.
Sorry no mining but as its purpose was for all out pvp bonuses and fleet command
Command ship ready (Claymore) this is a mimn char so again focused on leadership again to maximise fleet bonuses.
This character in any fleet is invaluble, giving massive bonuses, in a cap fleet the bonuses just are crazy especially to shield and armor.
In roaming gangs well again huge bonuses on Shield and Armor HP but also Targetting Range, Velocity as well, which again absolute invaluable.
Just think of the bonuses for RR BS Gangs?
If you run fleets or fight in blobs then youll know where im coming from
The char as also trained cybergenics V so can also use mind links! and of course +5 implants and T2 Implants.
Also has Mega Corp V and Empire Control V - So ability to create alliances so a possible income can be made from the ability to do this...

Industrial V so is ready to train for a freighter!
A truly specialised char !
Also the char comes with +3 implants and a armor mind link implant and lots of t2 mods scattered about. 0.0 sec status and will be in safe high sec location
