i'm in the country for the weekend though so if you still want him it would be late sunday/early monday before I could transfer him. let me know if this suits.

already mentioned that the earliest I can transfer would be tonight or tomorrow morning and tbh for 23 I'm not going to be rushing to buy plex, already had one 23b b/o and one 24b earlier asides from the 27b bid here in thread.
Also regards the price for the sp, he's a 98.7% combat orientated char with good focus, flies 2 of the best races for caps and has full t2 fittings for 3 races up to t2 bs. Decent cap chars start at 300m sp per mil and the current trend is actually a lot higher.

Feel free to link these bargain chars, I agree there are higher sp chars available for the similar prices but often the "extra" sp is made up of **** like Mining barge 5, Exhumers 5, etc. I can't fly a bloody Hulk, in fact I can't even fly a Retriever nor fit mining lasers.
On the plus side I can fly the sexiest combat ships in eve, nearly all of them with max racial bonuses and good fits like:
Machariel
Bhaalgorn
Vindicator
Vargur
Kronos
Legion
Loki
If it reassures you that you're getting better value with a char that has 10m more sp but all of it indy then go ahead, some folks just prefer focused chars.

 I think the 1,400 or so sp there were from birth, never trained them, so I suppose I could fit some t1 mining lasers
