I would like to sell myself :) Neji Has 45 M SP skillpoints most of them In capital skills and support skills to Capital ships. Neji was also trained to be a Titan pilot – He need only 2 books ( Gallente Titan and Caldari Titan ) to be a pilot of Erebus and Leviathan.
Right Now he skilling T2 Hybrids for Kronos and Cap Hybrid for Moros.
Important Highlights:
 He can make 5 lvl missions for Caldari State/Caldari Navy.
Over 130 000 LP in Caldari Navy
Security Standing – 5.0 so you can be pirate if you want xD
Jump Drive Calibration on lvl 5 - nice for all types of capitals
3 Subsystems for T3 on lvl 5 and 2 on lvl 4 - Great TENGU pilot
He can fly Caldari Capitals and Gallente - 2 races
Capital Ships on lvl 5
All Cap skills on lvl 5
Cybernetics on lvl 5
Neji can fly those Ships ( the most important imo ):
 Nyx, Thanatos, Moros
Wyvern, Chimera, Phoenix
Golem, Kronos [ Maruders ] with T2 Torps
Tengu [T3 ship] ( HAM T2, 3 most important subsystems on lvl 5 )
Rhea ( Jump Freighter ), Charon
Rorqual
Orca
Widow, Sin ( Black Ops )
Stealth Bomber, Recons, HAC , Transport Ships, Covert Ops, Electronic Attack Ships
