I have chatted with him in Amarr local and can safely say he's the biggest personality in game with the smallest ego I've had the pleasure to chat to.
Glad to see Chribba getting some more recognition for everything he's done for Eve. Definitely feel a unique Jovian mining barge for the man is in order.

This, because even if Chribba loses it, people will know.
My suggestion would be to add a Veldnaught outside Amarr station. Much like the memorial Titan in Gallente/Caldari space, the Veldnaught would be a everlasting memorial to a guy who makes EVE a little better.
We need something in Amarr at least.

Four years ago I had saved up for months to get the ISK for my 1st Super Cap. The only way for me to get it at the time was to buy it. That would not have been possible without Chribba. To be honest i was very nervous about trading with soo much isk. Chribba came into the system put my mind at ease and took both myself and the super cap seller through the procedure. He was and continues to be a shining light in the game and this spotlight is so well deserved. I agree with the others, CCP award that man a Unique ship or at the very least add his name to a permenant fixture in EVE.

I think one option is that this new mining frigate, being brought into Eve via this blog (http://community.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&nbid=72890), should be properly named the "Chribba". I think that is a good way for CCP and Eve Online can appreciate all the hard work Chribba has put towards Eve Online, making it one of the first things that new players can appreciate. |
