Yes we can work a deal if you buy more then one.
No the are not resetting the moons. They are changes the material requirements for T2 Ships. You'll need less of the highend moon mats like Dysporium and Promethium and more of the low and middle range materials. So yes all the large Alliances are crying themselves to bed.
You can check out the new lists on the test server.
