This will be the first round of trials which will hopefully lead to a Bi-Monthly Lotttery! I am going to start small and work up to a system which will include differant level buy-ins.
All winners will be posted at the time of drawing, drawing will be done through a random number generator. No alts of mine or anyone in my corp qualify to purchase tickets.
The first round of trials will be kept small so that you may get to know me a little before investing heavily therefore the payout will be kept smaller I will not take any profit off of the first test run. There will be a secondary contest for those who post feedback after the drawing which will also be randomly generated, the prizes for the secondary contest will be listed near the bottom of this post.
Questions and Comments are always welcome, you can contact me either by posting on here or sending me a convo in game. If you are running a Lottery already you are more than welcome to play as I will be participating in many other Lotteries since I cannot participate in my own :)
Buy-In:
100,000 per entry
Max Entries:
500
Prize:
1st Place - 50%
2nd Place - 25%
3rd Place - 15%
4th Place - 10%
Secondary Prizes:
1st Place - Rifter BPC (30 Runs Available) Approx. Value 2.5m
2nd Place - 10 MN Afterburner BPC (1000 Runs Available) Approx. Value 300k
3rd Place - Anti Matter Charge S BPC (1500 Runs Available) Approx. Value 90k
*Note you MUST give feedback to be entered into the second chance drawing, once you have left feedback I will assign you a number.
*Note All Secondary Prizes Must be picked up in Nomaa by winner no later than one week from posting unless other arrangements are made. If the winner doesnt want to fly out to Nomaa I will agree to make other arrangements.
Payment:
Please send payment to Barissta SUBJECT: COFFEE HOUSE LOTTERY and REPLY to this with Which Numbers you want.
*Note I WILL do my best to give you the numbers you want, however NUMBER REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARUNTEED.
*Note Number Requests are just that Requests, If the number is already taken you will have the option to repick or be randomly placed No Refunds for number changes. EXAMPLE (If you request 500 and I only sell 250 tickets your number will have to fall between 1 and 250 in order for the random number generator to work.) I will do my very best to get you a number you are happy with thank you for your cooperation.
*Note If all 500 tickets are not sold numbers past the sold amount will have to be moved I will give you the options available in the order they were purchased. As in the above note NO Refunds for number changes.
Deadline:
The drawing will be held at 12:00pm (noon) CST on Saturday, November 14th, 2009 or within 24 hours of the final ticket sale. Winners will be posted no later than 1 hour later.
Results Determination:
Results will be determined by random.org and I will play no part in picking winners.

As posted last night there will be a prize for the person who buys the most tickets by the end of the drawing. The prize will be a Cormorant Approx. Value 800k ISK. That means your first 8 tickets are free if you win it, so come on people BUY BUY BUY!

its not worth the effort of sending you isk to win a rifter bpc tbh. thats why no one is buying tickets.

Thank you for the feedback I am new to this and trying to get the kinks worked out I just didnt want to start out with a 10 mil ticket with no history. I will take all comments into concideration on the next go around.
