Now unfortunatly this ment he needed to flush out all pirates from low sec and get this, this is his second attempt at it. To actually achive that goal Enn you need firstly a decent set of pvp pilots and FC's which if memory servs you dont actually have. Now i dont like to dampen peoples dreams but Helm alliances goal of low sec dominance wont happen. I also predict in a few months the alliance will fold and then we can all laugh at you even more.
