It occurs to me that since they pop up kind of sporadically and are very random in challenge and reward they simply aren't well Documented.
Something like a Sansha port is easy, but a Sansha Haven can be a challenge to tank.
With the upcoming changes anomalying will apparently be a profession, so shouldn't we have a list of them with information about them?

ive just read that link you gave and have to laugh myself silly at some of the comments that were given by ppl in it.
i must say that the list the op gives is pretty comprehensive but more info should be added.
1 Each anom has between 4 and 6 waves in it
2 it is possible to get a faction commander in the final wave.
3 triggers can be the final ship in a wave or the final or 1 type of the spawn (elite cruisers are a usual one whilst bs's are also in the spawn).
4 anomolies can and do escalate just not very often.
5 either killing the final ship or in some cases popping a structure trigger the escalation.

my anomalie escalated to a 10/10 today :)

12.5 / Rally Point / Drone Menagerie
2.5 / Port / Drone Herd
1.25 / Hub / Drone Squad
0.625 / Haven / Drone Patrol
0.3125 / Sanctum / ******* Never found one
No wonder, I always thought Patrols where smaller then Herds.
So that's the scaling of the 5 lvls of anomalies.
But what we don't have the list which ones prompt an escalation after which building gets blown up.

ok as for triggers i dont know them all but know some of them ive updated your list with known triggers all anoms can escalate some do when last rat is popped others when the named structures are popped.
there are also the "foresaken" anoms whic i know less about in their triggers or escalations.

This is Info for the 4 Spawn Sansha Sanctum with Rings. Apparently it's 7 spawns for the True Sansha version.

yup i remember reading that somewhere too being introducted in dominion and i have a nagging memory that new officers were being introduced as well for said new anoms both bs and frig and cruiser sized.

It's called 'exploration' for a reason.
I imagine with renewed interest and especially potential alliance wide investment in 0.0 space whoring we will get more widedspread information on the various complexes and sites out there.
I still enjoy this aspect of PVE in part because of the unknown danger factor, mostly because of the unknown. And sneaking about hostile low/null sec is almost as much a buzz as pvping and certainly a welcome change of pace.

I got extensive knowledge of the anomalies, radar/mag sites and plexes in my region :) done many of them and their escalations before :P
Yet im not interested in anyone else marching into my niche of moneymaking.. so i find its better to keep my mouth shut about them.. with the exception of the few corp mates that run sites with me now and then :)
And im sure theres many others with similar information out there just not sharing as much :).. best way to find out is to get into exploration.. find them. and start documenting for yourself.
