LOL, my looting alt in a destroyer just insta-popped when I destroyed the pleasure hub in Damsel (level 4). When was this change put into the game? I thought I'd targetted the little bugger by mistake .

Lol, I had a friend who just got into stealth bombers and wanted to tag along my missions helping me out.
He knew the pleasure hub did damage, and was 55km away when I popped it (eve survival says it does damage out to 40km).
Totally poped his new manti outfitted with T2 gear.

I would agree on this one, I have no idea what the real range was. My friend was in the mission whilst I was finishing the last stage with Zor and destroying the pleasure hub. His Bestower instapopped and so did his Catalyst. Even though he was a long distance away. My Raven shield didn't even blip. I don't know how the damage is distributed. |

I popped a ninja salvager once who came into the mission space. I waited until he was committed to salvaging my wrecks, then I blew up the building. Comedy ensued.

I've done that once before too. He knew the station was dangerous, and would warp out as soon as he saw I was still pounding on it and come back a minute later to see if it was gone. I got it down to a **** hair's worth of structure and waited for him to come in again. He warped in, I fired my shot, and he left in a pod.
As someone who occasionally ninjas, I felt a pang of sympathy, but that didn't last long.
