I have been hired as a salesman for someone to sell their motherships; Now at present this would my first time venturing into transaction of this magnitude- I heard that there are some special rules regarding how ships of this size are sold - What I'm wondering is how do these transactions go down? Need to know to ensure i get my cut.

1. Find a buyer. 2. The buyer transfers ISK to trusted 3rd party (usually Chribba). 3. The buyer and seller meet at a designated spot at a designated time. 4. Seller ejects, buyer boards the ship. 5. 3rd party transfers ISK to seller. 6. Buyer gets his new ship caught in a trap and loses his ship and implants after being podded.

Ok the person buying the mothership sends you the 15-20b. You confirm to person A that you have received the isk who then transfers the mothership to the customer. The customer confirms that he has the ship. You then send the isk, less your cut, to person A. There's a lot of trust involved.
edit : filled in a missing step

Then Basically, you are introducing the buyer to the seller, on that basis the 3rd party (chribba) should still be involved.
1: seller transfers ship to 3rd party (chribba) 2: seller agrees how much commission to pay you with 3rd party (chribba) 3: your buyer transfers payment to 3rd party (chribba) 4: buyer and 3rd party(chribba) meet in supersekret spot and exchange ship. 5: 3rd party pays commission cut to you as agreed and balance to the seller 6: winner winner chicken dinner.
TBH you won't get much bizness without the Lord Veld Involved, too much risk and you are basically a salesman so nobody is going to trust you further than they can throw you with your smarmy patter and talk of extended warrantys on busted ass gallante old beaters.
