So i was playing on imob and it got me thinking what eve they bought out an eve app with the same style of play
So those who havent played imob its basically the same as mafia wars with the eve one im looking at something like this:
Instead of class chosing There are RACE Chosing Ammar, Minmater,Gallente,caldari which later reflects what ships you can fly
Amarr Can only fly amarr Ship for example (much different to the game but keeping it roleplaing)
 Instead of actual leveling up you gain SP so there is no actual leveling up in the game (keeping the same concept as eve)
You gain isk by 2 ways
1.Killing poeple with bountys on there heads
2.by buying systems/regions (like properties in imob) then later allowing for them to be upgraded for example:
SOV1 gives you 100mil isk every hour
SOV2 gives 130mil isk every hour
Sov3 Gives you 200mil isk every hour
Sove4 gives you 400mil isk every hours
So there is no actually terretorial control in the game (keeping it simple and fun)
FIGHTING 
This is where the bountys system come into play
So instead of buying weapons and helicopters as you would do in imob you would buy ships (which needs skills)
once the ship is bought you are later allow for them to be upgraded
so trying to keep it more simple i was thinking of upgraded youre ship like this
PACK1 uPGRADE _ Tech1 Gear -Bascially all youre ship fitting will be tech1 which is essential
PACK2 Upgrade _ Tech2 Gear -same as above exept tech2 and is not essential
PACK3 Upgrade _ Faction gear Low end faction mods will be fitted across youre ship
Advanced Upgrade _ high end faction gear (expensive)
OFFICER UPGRADE _ High end officer gear this will be fitted across the ship but highly expensive
RIG UPGRADE _ youre basic rigs will be fitted the to ship
Skill System 
so as i mentioned before you dont gain levels exept xp so this is what im thinkng again trying to keep it as simple as possible
(quite hard to do as something like eve)
You gain so many sp an hour depending what implants you have bought which will appear later in the game
lets say you gain 2,000 sp an hour for every 1Mil sp you gain you get an option to 'Skillit' (which gives you 3 point to play with)
in which you will have to click
then a screen pops up (same as imob) exept it has a list of basic eve skills like Battleship, cruiser, frigate
which all gains levels of up to 5
Also exept individual skill which will be to many there are packages for example
Electronical Upgrade
Enginering Upgrade
Mechanical Upgrade
Drone Package 1
Drone package 2 etc etc
Now you may think well there are only 5 level in each upgrade or ship skill and you get 3 points everytime you level up
im going to get skilled really easy well it work like that 'you need 10 point to up grade to level 1' etc so for the first few
levelings you wont be able even to get to level 1 
If you have any suggestion or thoughts pls comment if you have never played these sorta games it would be a little hard for you to
understand or maybe it is already lol

Talk about being an Addict. So when your really not able to play on a computer you want to be playing on Your Iphone,
Also Are you suggesting CCP should Charge people for their App, if so do you think it would be wise to try to target mmo'ers who play eve whom also have an Iphone with the proper updates and compatibility. If they dont charge how would them making this app benefit them as a company? Using man hours that could be used saying, working on Dominion instead working towards this app.
Most Importantly, this is not an MMO that you are suggesting. So why would they?
I admit it would be fun. But it really would only be for addicts really =/
