Blackmailing, attempting extortion, and harassment of a neutral alliance is, in addition to running counter to what Apocalypse Now. stands for, a potential violation of game policy (specifically, the harassment part).

In eve you can commit crimes, like theft/fraud/murder/extortion/blackmail/etc.

You are specifically targeting a group based on out-of-game prejudices. That qualifies as harassment. There are lines you cannot cross. In game is in-game. Out of game is not. You crossed it.

As for believing that someone who associates as a Furry is a pedophile and zoophile? That is a fallacy in thinking. We associate with animals, much as someone might a kindred spirit or animal guide. You requested identifying information on a federal employee so that you could pursue action against them through their apparent employer, in this case the xxxxxxxxxx. Requesting someone's information for such an action, through tools provided by CCP for use in playing this game, can be considered a serious breach.

Attempting to threaten a person's employment status over a paraphilia - not a recognized deviancy - can possibly be considered a crime.
