While you're missioning, right click the names of the other people in your system and check their corp.
If they're a member of Klonkreiger, and they're not Vivian Azure, post their name here and the first poster to do so will be sent 100m.

Realedit: Checked alliance listings. No Klonk here either.
Edit again: It's a corporation, but the "O" is a zero.

Third edit: I attempted to establish the name of the one other player in the corporation via battleclinic kill and loss records in order to use a locator, but there has evidently been so little recent action that this is impossible. Nor is there such a member in my system. Good luck chasing phantoms.
I'm sorry to have had a typo in the name, I sent you 20m isk for your effort in improving the information in the thread.
The character I'm looking for is apparently a 100% Empire mission-running alt, so killboards won't be of much use. The standings of the corporation indicate that the missions run are Federal Intelligence and Federal Navy, which in my mind makes idly looking through Gallente mission hubs while missioning the easiest (albeit, time-consuming, if you're doing nothing else) way to find them.
Hence, bounty.

Why donĘt you use a location agent. He will for 100isk or something small isk wise tell you the location of any person, unless they are in wormhole space. If you Eve mail me the name I can look when I get home from work.

Level 4 location agents can even find people in w-space, and yes, there are uses for that.

Primary Mission Hubs for those are up near dodixie. Dodi has a Level 4 Fed Navy and is the primary hub for those missions.

I¦m pretty sure the Corp or Allie is called "Klonkrieger", which is the german word for "clone warriors".

Set standings to the corp, adjust your overview settings so standings are reflected in 'local' too -> profit (feel free to share). Works best if you don't have too many standings to start with.
