All questions below refer to exploration in 0.0 space:
1) Do Cosmic Anomalies ever yield faction or officer loot, or offer anything beyond mediocre local npc rats?
2) Do radar or magnemetric sites ever yield anything other than misc invention-related loot? Is it ever more valuable than misc datacores, tool bpcs, and the like?
3) Do Grav sites (i.e. asteroids) ever spawn npc rats, and do they ever spawn officer and/or faction rats?
4) Do Drone sites every yield anything besides refinable ore and drone salvage?
Finally, is there a link / database somewhere listing all the various plexes/CA's ("Serpentis Hub" etc)?

can only answer 1 and 4,
1: Yes, possibility for faction spawn, also possibility for escalation, however the chance is very small.
4: Components to build faction drones is only thing i've seen thats ''special'', worth crap though.
dont think there is bar personal ones.

3) Grav sites do spawn npc rats, I assume there is a chance of them to spawn officer rats although that hasnt happened to me

Sometimes there is a faction spawn in them, and these drop faction loot. About the same as belt rats. Not sure on officers, but i never encountered one. I have to say that the faction spawns i encountered in Anomalies were in the most difficult ones like Guristas haven or Angels sanctum.

I got a T2 rig BPO from them once. Other than that they only drop things i consider crap.

Yes. Like the normal belts in that system. Not sure on faction or officers. I think the same as in normal belts, which makes them extremely rare in grav sites.
4) Do Drone sites every yield anything besides refinable ore and drone salvage?
Nopes. They are crap. imho they should be restricted to drone space, because i am getting quite fed up finding this "radiance" and "Hierarchy" crap when i look for juice guristas plexes.

as Higgs said they do get faction rats and it is my experience also that they appear with roughly the same frequency as faction rats in belts

some of the sites, like the Haunted Yard, have Sentient Drones which drop stuff like Drone Capillary Fluid and yield T2 salvage

there is a *fairly* complete list by DED level on the scrapheap challenge forums, it lists them by level, by name and also gives the system security level.
Don't have a link handy but just pop over there and search for one of the plex names like Haunted Yard, Gurista Lookout, etc

Some drone sites in the Rad/Arch (i.e hacking etc) drop BPCs for the integrated drones.
Combining these with the "orange" salvage (drone capillary fluid etc) can be profitable as a sideline if you are doing a lot of exploration. Integrated drones have sold well for me on contract, not yet built any augmented.
