Trishy Electra	Posted - 2004.11.05 07:59:00 - [1] Edited by: Trishy Electra on 05/11/2004 08:03:45 this was probably the best day in our gate camp. just like all the days before we were camping the gate..doing our normal ebil stuff. when suddenly we heard lordmix yelling like hell WARP OUT WARP OUT coz his ebil scout on the other side saw 25 people warping in with insta jumps. now we knew that this wasnt a normal pass trough. and we were right...this was a fleet to come gank us. as soon when they jumped in they saw us warping out...some of them even said CAREBEARS and COWARDS and ASS SUX. dont think running from a fleet of 25 ships agaisnt 6 ships is being cowards. its more something called being smart. now offcourse the smacktalking kept going in local. so i hopped in my vigil doing 15km/s to scout the gate and see what we had to deal with. as soon as i warped in i was like "OMFG". 25 people on the gate (about 10BS's coupke of cruisers and some ceptors). suddenly me ebil mind saw one of them sitting alone about 120km from the gate. so lordmix our ebil piwate said to our force to align with the gate as i was going to warp in on the lone raven. i warped to the gate...searched my way to the lone raven and then the party began. BOOM raven goes pop we warp out again. then we noticed that there was one of our war targets in the fleet aswell.Only problem was that he was in the middle of all the other ships (hiding) again we allign to the gate and warp in ... lock up the warp target and start shooting the crap out of him but teh carebear jumped trough the gate. now the sentrys was pounding our asses becoz we were all flagged from killing the raven. suddenly we see another BS and said to ourselves lets finish this and we locked him up and POP goes another BS. Now here comes the nice part local was suddenly all quite and pretty empty cz they ran off... they had 25 ships we had 6BS's getting shot by sentrys... 25ships to 6 ships - their losses 2BS's - Our losses 0 ships gg anywayz Trishy Out

Secondly, ofcource they ran, we r ebil ;) This is not a flame ffs ! Neither is it smack! Pirating includes getting jumped, and it always feels best when one r in a huge numbered fleet with no chance of loosing except insanity and idiotism. GG mates :)

A friend of mine asked about some ppl who have time to have some fun. 4 of us went towards Aununen. 3 BS and 1 support ship. We had reports of 4 scorps and 1 raven camping. But as usual we decide to bring fewer peeps, because we are used to see our enemys running, when they dont outnumber their enemys. Well, we entered with 3 peeps, because 1 of us droped out of EVE. We arent pirates, so we didnt engage you first, but tbh after the 7th Armor Assasin jumped in, we decided that 2:1 is not a good number to fight in Empire. So we left, bored and without a fight. you should engage your enemy as long as you have equal number. I havent complained, because this behaviour is normal in EVE. But reading this ..... comment of you ... on the eve forums just made me laugh about the leet Assassins, who write they are l33t and ran from a blob. Where this is the same way you fight. will9anthony	Posted - 2004.11.05 10:05:00 - [19] Just like pirates never kill passers by with equal numbers? umm cool have u ever tried to camp a gate with one bs... if a bs warps or jumps in your ******... not to mention the fact that every cruiser is going to get by u and any frig that just happens to uncloak in the right spot or anyfrig with avg tanking is going to get by... i just wana say that this just goes to show how dumb that dark guy is... it appears that my comrades fought outnumbered, tanking sentrys.. and still kicked some anti pirate ass... i wish i was there to see/ participate in it also you cant compare pirates outnumbering the gate jumpers to antipirates outnumbering the pirates... for a gate camp to be succesfull you have to destroy anything BEFORE it can jump or get away... this means tons od dmg fast.. if it were two people any cruiser that wanted to could get through couldnt it? while on the other hand the anti pirates already have the advantage in setups and most likely if a fight were to occur the sentrys would be shooting the pirates... so theres two handicaps for the anti pirates... and yet were the bad ones for running away when were seriously out numbered (oh also note that my comrades ran back and well you know the reast ) I am back

Ya know, when i was a n00b, well, bigger n00b than I am now. I stayed my ass outa 0.4- systems. I went along and did my business in 0.5+, cause i knew my ass could get wasted in 0.4- Thats why 0.5+ is there u know, to gradually venture into lower sec's. Not to take yr ibis and run to 0.4 after 2 days. Theres a reason 0.4 does not have concord/navy. Furthermore, every single one of ya'll, pirate or carebear, would like to crush your enemy, outnumbering them 100:1. So shutup bout running.
