Is this also a some new ui enchacenmement or what? There are stuff in finally published meeting minutes that refers to new eden?

It's like Old Eden, only newer.
In marketing speak ,it's Eden 2.0.

Took some time to work out what you were on about.

Sounds like yet another name for the OOG web site which will work like facebook or something. I can't even remember what the last name they gave it was.
Some parts of it will be implemented ingame as well. Such as the new evemail system.

Incase you're not being sarcastic; New Eden is the new name for the up-and-coming (previously named COSMOS, which conflicted with the ingame COSMOS Constellations) Facebook-Clone-Thingy,

Thanks for answers but I really didn't understand. :( According to that csm/ccp meeting minutes there were some stuff like personal hangar tabs coming in new eden.
So uh any ideas what is it?

New Eden is, as a whole, going to be focused around Social Interaction in EVE and everything linked to EVE. It'll be a website, there will be parts of it ingame, and parts of it in future additions to the eve online setting (DUST514)

Chimp - New Eden is two things:
1) The cluster of space EVE takes place in. When they say hangar tabs are coming to New Eden that just means the game in general. You can confirm by reading the chronicles and short stories :)
2) Based on the other posters its also apparently the name of the new social networking app. *NOTE* - I can't find any references to the social networking App being called New Eden. Maybe its in a blog somewhere or maybe one of the other posters can link to an info source.

Was revealed at Fanfest this year.
