I had to close a few extra k to get him in optimal, began firing, but the little extra distance and movement kept me from getting ideal damage. Ended up 150 hp from killing him before I died to Concord and his drones. He even got the killmail :( You know what was different about each othese guys? 2 of them were paying attention. 1 of them knew his optimals. Only 1 became a victim.
