IÆm hoping this finds its way to the CCP developer staff. This may have been requested elsewhere but I havenÆt found an easy way to search the forums so I apologize if it has been suggested elsewhere.
I'm suggesting that the system Ihakana, one of the Caldari COSMOS mission systems be changed from .4 sec to .5 sec. I suggest this for Several reasons 1) Ihakana is the only way to get to Otomainen a .5 system that contains several COSMOS LVL3 mission agents as well as the items for several lvl3 COSMOS agents in other systems. 2) There are times when one has to deliver a mission item to one of the stations in ikahana in a hauler because the load is 500 to 1000m3. 3) one of the missions in ikahana has pirates outside of the station (state and region bank) one of the missions requires you to go and kill Zvarin Karsha who lives outside of that base thus leaving you a sitting duck to any PVPer who happens to show up at that base while you are warp scrambled by 4 PVE enemies (zvarin's bodyguards).
There are more reasons but the underlying reason is this: Almost all of the COSMOS missions are lvl3 or below PVE or Transport missions, this assumes that the player is typically in a cruiser or battlecruiser at best, or maybe an industrial ship, NOT a ship set up for PVP and they are ALONE not with a fleet. The pilots running them NOT set up for PVP (and most of them probably donÆt have the skills for PVP anyway). However they have to risk encountering gate camps, station camps, or simply being ambushed (all the dangers of low sec) by a small gang of PVPers just to complete a lvl3 mission. This represents a huge risk for newer players just trying to get some standing and makes if VERY distasteful when you lose your new drake, badger II or caracal because you were just trying to go do a lvl3 plex but got set upon by some PVP pirates who are taking advantage of the fact that newbs running missions HAVE to go through that system and KNOW they aren't set up for a fight (32 mill plus fittings for a drake is a lot of isk for a new player). It is EASY pickings for any PVPer who wants to grief newbs trying to run missions. These arenÆt LVL5 missions in low sec that you are supposed to take a fleet with you on. These are lvl 3 and below missions that single players should be able to run on their own, they arenÆt ready with skills or with a fleet to take on the dangers of low sec space.

i know how about we make all low sec and 00 high sec too so you can can be somewhat safe everywhere

Yeah that is exactly what my post said, I asked on behalf of myself and i complained about how I lost my ship because i'm the only person in eve that runs COSMOS missions.
how bout you read the post before you flame clown.

Several reasons:
1)I cant go there if its not a 0.4
2)I would like to be able to kill the carebears that do nothing but farm that system endlessly.
3)I would like to get some more kills.
