He has positive sec status, decent standings with Duvolle corporation and training for R&D management.
Set of +5 implants and some expensive hardwirings.
No kill rights.
Has maximum mining bonuses and leadership bonuses for mining, flies Hulk perfectly, can use all t2 mining crystals other than Mercoxit (t1 on that). Also flies Orca, Rorqual and Providence.
Decent trader.
This char is very close to a lot of things. 15 days for Hacking and Analyzing, 14 days till he can use 5 R&D agents.
Can use Jump Freighters once he gets the skillbook.

I'll sell if I get a buy-out I like or the highest bid in 1 week from now. This character is ideal for Dominion as carebears will play a more important role, and in a system with mining upgrades this character will be a massive earner (currently makes 40 mill an hour from mining alone, more with hauler/fleet bonuses, etc).

first b/o to offer 6 bill gets the char.
The implants alone are worth close to a bill, and he's the perfect money maker, not a lot of SP wasted on combat, just enough to tank rats in a Hulk (3x BS and 3x Cruisers in a Hulk with a c-type pithi small shield booster for 40 mill).
Will be out of corp 24 hours after acceptance as I'm still earning cash with him for as long as I can ;)!
