I have been playing eve since 2006 mostly in highsec (98%) of the time. I am looking to go into 0.0. I am very interested in what dominion has to offer. I want to be able to get into some fleet action and such.
What I am looking in a corp.: I need a corp. that understands REAL LIFE is first I have a job I go to school and have a family. I also need a corp. that can teach me about the pvp side of things I am very limited to highsec missions mining a little bit of trading. I would like a corp. that is mature in the sense that this is just a game and I play eve just to have fun.
What you get from me: I can support myself I will not need any help in buying new ships. If I get blown up I can laugh at that and buy a new one. I will follow directions. I have around 60 mil skill points but very limited in knowing how to play in 0.0. I can probably dedicate at least one night a week to playing eve online unless I already have plans or the wife wants to do something. If I need to go to bed because I need to go to work guess what I'll go to bed I don't care if we are about to kill a titan. I don't talk much but that doesn't mean I stay quiet. I am familiar with ventrilo and teamspeak.
About my toon: He has around 60 mil skill points. Most of the ship skills are in amarr with a few in caldari. I can fly almost any amarr ship with the exception of some frigates. I love flying hacs namely the sacrilege. I also like the amarr strat cruiser and the paladin though if I go flying in a battle I rather fly just a hac. I am a maxed out miner.

I almost forgot I am in Central United States and my job requires me to sometimes rotate shifts.

Right bear with me as they may be a long post.
I can fully appreciate that real life comes before eve, i to have kids, a job and school runs to do and if something comes up in real life eve gets left behind.
I am ceo of a pvp corp and in close ties with an industrial corp, so basically i can offer you pvp training, experience and opportunity's to blow stuff up but also because we are so close to the other corp we can make good use of your mining background if thats something you want to carry on doing?
Now i be as straight with you as i can, my corp is a new corp start a grand total of 4 days ago. However its the second corp i have ran with first still being very successful.
The main aim of the corp is to do exactly what you are after, train people in pvp by in my opinion the best way possible, giving you a ship, fleeting you up and heading out to find some kills. While any more experienced players wanting to join can help out with the training if they wish and have the freedom to go out solo if they wish or group up and go out hunting.
As for the last 2 paragraphs of your post, we dont consider teaching anyone a burden, hell its not even a burden 9 times of 10 its fun and half the time we learn something ourselves.
While our current member count is small (raising daily thou) we do have players in your time zone and we have members on nearly 24/7 so whatever time you log on there will probably be something going on.
Anyway i will try and catch you in game or via eve mail, if you see this please consider going to Nephalem. readup about we got to say, if you like the look of it then leave a message in the recruitment board or send me a ingame mail.

Center For High Times got what you need, we live in Immensea (0.0 region, non-npc), we focus on pvp, and we train ppl in 0.0 pvp, so if you want to join a corp, who can train you in 0.0 pvp, and a corp which is friendly, we all got jobs, and a real life, EvE is a game and enjoyable, and not our second job!
We got systems you can rat in, plex in, ice/ore mine in, research in, manufacture in, reprocces in, station systems, and a pretty nice market.
We are part of a sister alliance to the mother alliance "The Initiative", we got -A- (against all authorities) Atlas alliance, Triumvirate, and more as blues, but we got Goons and CVA pets as hostile.
CFHT got a very friendly atmosphere, we laugh, we die and we kill together.

Hey ykiv,
I run a small PVP corp in NRDS 0.0. We have quite a bit of training avilable, and are a friendly supportive environment.
We are happy to train new PVP pilots, given they have the inititive to learn - and it sounds like you do.
We're also a somewhat relaxed corp - we have long and short term goals but we're not going to be giving you a hard time if you're busy in real life.
If you're interested in getting some tips, learning from a few experienced players and breaking your teeth in 0.0 a bit - send me a mail in game.

I would like to thank every body that responded. Although I might not have spoken to you in person I can assure you I have taken a look at either your website or your corp in eve. I believe I have found the right corp for my play style.

Make sure to know the corp you join.
I suggest joining there in game channel and talking to them.
It's the best way to get to know them, and for them to get to know you.
I would suggest checking out DSI-Recruitment in game channel.
I personally have a 6 month old so can relate to eve just being a game, DSI is made up of just mature players who understand this. We offer training corses on PvP and follow them up with practicles.

Crimson Empire. is a pvp corp that roams through 0.0 regions. We pvp to have fun, and we pvp to kick butt. Rl always comes first so we dont have any "manditory" ops. Were not too big so its easy to get good experience and learn from some great guys. We are entirely US time zone based.

Not going to pretend my corp are 0.0 sov holders with tons of Isk, but if you do not mind running around low sec a bit for industry or if you feel inclined pvp we might be the corp for you.
we don't mind if you can't get on most of the time, real life comes first.
