Well, since the awesomeness of this is fairly high, i thought i'd post it here as well just for kicks.

the gallente noob ship has always been overpowered. the drone bay is clearly imbalanced. CCP i demand you do something about it.

Yeah, they should drop a turret and replace the hybrid bonus with a drone bonus. 
And while they're at it, they should give the Ibis a missile bonus and add a civilian missile launcher.

CCP couldnt drop that second high slot on the Velator cos noobs with NO drones skills trained would not be able to operate their miner as well as kill those pesky noob target practice drones in the very first mission.
A Civilian Missile Ibis would be ftw

Yep I spent a lot of time missioning in Caldari railgun ships because I did a lot of mining and none of the caldari mining ships have missiles as a primary weapon - so I didn't really 'get' that Caldari love missiles, partly because the ibis (and bantam) doesn't have a missile hardpoint.
(not that it matters now that I can fly all races ships)
