i made an apoc navy issue with a buffer tank, and when i went to the reps, they only repped 120hp, whereas that's about the same amount as a medium armor repper. Just wondering if hull tanks could be buffed a little bit? (oh also a little less CPU needy )

I present the hull tanking - Elite certificate.

so ccp has nerfed hull reppers and we are waiting for tech 3 hull reppers perhaps ? covert ops ships have been altered as well. Signature - CCP what this game needs is more variance in PVE aspects and a little bit less PVP focus, more content more varied level 1-4 missions more than just 10 per faction high sec low sec and 00 |

EDIT: Hmm yes, I see now. -10% survey probe duration, and 98-100% cpu reduction has become 97,5 to 100%.

lolwut...? moon probing with covops? i know people are doing it but it's just not the smartest thing to do considering cargo holds. making it appear to be intended for the role with such a bonus is unnecessary and misleading.
a skill req reduction of survey probes could've solved that much more elegantly - gaze probes for "everyone"... - putting the gist back into logistics |

Guessing that bonus replaced the 10% scan strength? Seriously, this is getting to the point of becoming a joke. Take a ship that's used for exploration and scanning down ships and re-purpose it to moon scans, yeah that makes sense.

Lol, yeah, they're not losing their scan probe bonus. That would indeed suck something fierce, to get survey probe *instead* of scan probes 
Worded it badly perhaps.
