Yes wallet is positive,
There is one jump clone,
Sec status is postive but not great,
I can pay the fee but i'd prefer not too and would offer a reduction if you would.

It is mandatory you pay the transferfee:
Rule # 11.The selling of accounts is prohibited, characters may only be sold individually.
Rule # 12.The owner of the character being sold is responsible for the character transfer fee paid to CCP.
I don not like this, is there something wrong with you not paying the transferfee? Buyoutoffer withdrawn, sorry.
