So i just got my nightmare all setup and ready to rock and roll with a few issues as far as my cap goes but aside from that i am able to do missions with EZ.
Was wondering where is an optimal area to mission currently missioning in iburax However the caldari space has alot of kinetic dmg missions which my main dmg is Em/Thermal any recommendations ?
A friend told me pengrimam where we are located for our Corp was wondering What Faction would i be working for ? so i can start doing the Lvl 1 mission out there so i can do the lvl 4s I also have High standins with Imperial shipment And Nalu is where I use to Mission wondering if that would be a decent mission spot as well. Thank you For the help.

Ammamake or Rancer would be the best places to mission and or belt Rat in a Nightmare.

IIRC, Ministry of INternal Order in penirgman. Gives you missions vs. almost entirely Sansha's nation. *NEVER* had *ANY* missions vs. empire factions.

Any Amarrian corp in the Domain region will be good, Ministry of Internal Order works well because it has decent L4 agents scattered around, you'll primarily be fighting Sanshas, though there may be some Blood Raiders too. Certain Raiders can neut your cap, so learn who they are and pop them early. Also be ready for a lot of track disrupts.

Thanks How do you combat the Track disruption i came in to a problem where i was just getting track disruption over and over and was making it pretty impossible to kill anyting when they where out of my optimials.

Well, you can always try mounting Tracking Computers, maybe run Track Speed Scripts. I'm not a gunner so I can't speak with experience; I LOL at track disrupts as my missile volleys slam into their hulls.

My answer to tracking disruption is not to accept missions where I know I'm going to be heavily disrupted (looking at you Blockade). If you end up having to do one of these missions remember that it only reduces your optimal, not your falloff. So if you strap on an afterburner and get them within like 12k you can hit no matter how many disruptors they have on you. That's definitely an emergency tactic though, you can win but it's gonna take forever.

Yeah
The battleship rats there mostly use close range weapons too
