On 11.04.2009 I generated the post listed below. http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1209183
This was a request to identify the best way to contact a supervisor for the GMs that address player petitions. This was originally in response to an open petition, but had evolved into an effort to address the quality of customer support the GM who was addressing my issue was providing.
To date, I have yet to find an avenue to contact a "Senior GM" as was recommended in that thread. Although the original petition that I had submitted has been addressed, the OPEN issue of how to contact a supervisor regarding the quality of support that was being provided has yet to be resolved.
DEV team member CCP StevieSG locket the above thread with the comment "Topic Locked. Problem Resolved. StevieSG." This is an inaccurate statement and does not represent the true state of that post.
If there is a GM Supervisor available to review this matter, they can contact me at the e-mail address listed in my account details or provide me with the necessary information to contact them directly.

If you don't like what a GM has ruled you escalate the petition until you eventually get to the senior GM. Posting on the forums will get you nowhere officialy past a lock.

GD is the place for whines, leave the petition system alone, that way it doesn't take weeks for petitions to get answered.

My issue was not with the ruling or the original issue in the ticket. My issue is with the manner in which the GM addressed the ticket. My multiple requests to have the ticket escalated were ignored and my concerns regarding how the GM worked the ticket were never addressed.
At this point I have not been provided any other means to get this issue escalated other than the forums. As I stated in the beginning of this post, I am willing to review this manner privately, but I first need the appropriate parties(s) to contact me.

You have an attitude problem. Noone needs to provide you with anything or contact you, you just need to learn how to read.
Knowledgebase -> Escalation to a senior Game Master
I'm afraid though that no amount of escalation will fix your attitude.
Edit: ooh, look! It's in the wiki too! Did you even try to find the information you needed?

Please understand I am attempting to handle this in a respectful manor. In a business dealing (I pay a monthly service fee to play EVE-Online) I try and treat everyone with the same level of respect I treat them with.
That is all I am asking for here.

Wow, you used your real name there, no doubt in a (failed) attempt to get some sympathy. We've all seen the "I-pay-for-this-game-and-want-everything-handed-to-me-by-forum-regulars-instead-of-actually-looking-for-information-which-is-easily-accessible" type posters countless of time. I have news for you: everyone pays for this game, you're not special. I am paying for this game and for access to these forums and you're coming here with your false sense of entitlement just because you can't be bothered to find some information and handle a private issue in private. I hardly call that respectful. If you want respect, earn it instead of demand it. (Also note you did get an answer to your question.)

I read the original thread, you are a whiny crybaby that didn't get his way. You insulted the GM staff in a non-respectful manner and they responded in a professional manner and settled your issue. They did an excellent job imo, the only problem is you are throwing a tantrum. HTFU.

I made the necessary requests in the ticket as per the procedure you highlighted in your reply. Based on the guidelines listed in that document the level 1 GM failed to escalate the ticket when requested.
HOWEVER, In an effort to resolve this issue outside the forums, I will send an e-mail to the address listed in that document. After I have been contacted and provided the information requested, I will update and close this post thus resolving my original post's request.

So what exactly is inaccurate about CCP StevieSG saying 'Problem Resolved'?

Well, I'm sure you're so special you can just ignore everything which is written there and interpret it in your own special way. Note that it says: "If you have a reasonable suspicion that an employee is abusing his/her position in some way in the game" I put double emphasis on the part you failed to read.
The other parts you failed to read are the two (2) reasons a GM can have not to escalate your petition even if you request him to do so. Judging from your posts, I think there's a good chance one of those reasons applied.
