I used to play EVE about 3 years ago. I have started playing again to see if I want to stick with it this time.
I am looking for a friendly corp that actually does stuff together. Preferrably a mining corp that does some light pvp. The corp I belonged to before was so spread out that we never got any mining ops or other ops together. They also forced you to sign in to some voice chat or something which I am really not interested in. I understand a lot of people like it because they don't have to type, but I am not one of them.
You'll have to bear with me and work with me because I don't remember all that much about EVE but I do love the game so if you're willing to let me on while I explore the game again, just let me know!

We operate in Caldari and Gellente space. We have 28 members. We have miners who you can mine with and mentors who can help you with stuff you don't remember.

We actually do stuff. We do PvP as well.
We often run minning ops that include many minning ships, haulers, orca's and even a command ship for more boosting. We have a POS dedicated to minning.
We are all fairly centralized so you should never have to fly alone.
We also offer pvp training courses.
However
We do require voice chat. Give it a chance it is really worth it and adds a lot to the game. I was the same way when i started playing and had no desire to talk to wierdo's over the internet. But now i would never play eve without voice.
I strongly suggest you check out our in game channel DSI-Recruitment. An in game channel is the best way to get to know a group of people.

Please Consider KMASS.
We are a small but growing mining/industry corp located in Khanid space, in a nice and quiet home system.
We provide access to a high sec POS with research labs and a mining drop in a station-less system with plenty of fat belts that is mostly empty other then us.
The corp provides a system for you to sell us your ore at the region average price, so you always get paid for your work.
we don't currently have much in the way of PVP but once we set up a low sec presence that will likely change.
No voice chat requirements, or any requirements really.

Cryotope is a tiny ice mining corp, but looking to add some good members. Right now we are after caldari ice to fill standing contracts. We are vey easy going, offer orca support, don't ask you to work for free, and always allow you to do your own thing, when you want to. Also we are part of a new and very diverse allianc that is looking for 0.0 space.

You may want to have a look at the corp I'm involved with called "Roids Of War". We are a small mining/industry and mission running corp made up of friendly, laid back games from the UK and US. We have some very experienced miners who will be more than willing to offer you some advice and help you out at your request
