You have to shoot frigates down to get these to drop.
Find the right class (bounty range) of frigates from the right race (blood probably) and then massacre (in your assaulty or inty for fun)

Find the right class (bounty range) of frigates from the right race (blood probably) and then massacre (in your assaulty or inty for fun)

Yes, many will realise this, and I'm sure that practically any player has since these modules release killed hundreds of such frigates, with the drop rate just not balancing out. I personally have reaped death upon the Guristas for eons, single-handedly destroying them en masse, by the hundreds, thousands, depopulating worlds, nay, regions! I am the Harbinger of Doom, the Bringer of Destruction, The Bane of New Caldari, the Sun, the Moon, the Stars, Death Incarnate.
